Upload - Project selection applies only to Upload Jobs and, in effect, defines the projects to which the Job uploads on execution.

Once the Job is in either Add or Edit mode, individual project selection is a two-step process—first, set the project filter to retrieve a list of projects from which to choose 1, then select each desired project by clicking on it 2.

Once all selections have been made, the Job must be saved. Otherwise, all selections will be lost. To discard all unsaved changes, press the Cancel button.

This approach uses the project filter strictly to provide a list of projects from which to select and is immune to the potential vagaries of wildcard-only project selection. Once the Job has been deployed, each time it runs it ignores the wildcard setting and works strictly from the list of selected (i.e., checked) projects. Once deployed, it makes no difference if new projects are added that match the filter—the system works strictly from the list of selected projects and ignores all others.
