Total Station Export To CSV
The Total Station Export to CSV command connects your Revit Model to a Total Station workflow by allowing the creation and extraction of BIMrx Point locations.
Prerequisites:
- Point family named BIMrx_Point must be loaded into the current Revit project.
- For more information on BIMrx_Point family, navigate to Loading Point Family.
- Instances of BIMrx_Point must be placed in the project.
- For more information on placing the instances, navigate to Placing The Point Family.
- The Discipline of the view must be Architectural, Structural, or Coordination.
In Revit:
- In the ribbon, navigate to the BIMrx tab >> BIMrx Fabrication panel >> Total Station Export command:
- Select the BIMrx Points which you want to export via Revit's Multi-Select.
- Click the finish button located on the options bar to complete your selection.
- Select a location to save your exported CSV file.
The exported CSV file can be read by a Total Station machine to access point locations in real world.
