Add Prefixes
The user can quickly add prefixes to a selection of Sheets or Views through the Modify Column Values area.
In the Sheet and View Manager:
- Select either Sheets or Views radio button:
- Fill in the columns with all necessary information:
- Under the Create tab, click the drop-down to set Sheet Number or Sheet Name (with Sheets radio button selected) or the View Name (with Views radio button selected). The drop-down will display any columns parameters that are text type parameters.
- Add the appropriate Prefix, including any spacing:
- Before clicking the Apply button, make sure the row to apply the Prefix is selected.
- Click the Apply button under the Modify Column Values area.

Notes:
- Prefixes are only applied to the selected Sheet rows.
- Additional Prefixes can be added by modifying the values and drop-down settings in the Create tab.
